Hi, I’m Vandan (One-Done).

I design AI-native products and ship them as production React.

Founding designer three times over, currently building Sapling CRM end to end, from Figma to production React.

I care about products people genuinely adopt, not ones they get adapted to.

I lead by raising what a team thinks is possible, and I do my best work in 0 → 1, ambiguous, high-ownership rooms where the pattern hasn’t been figured out yet.
