
Campaigns at CultureX ran on a patchwork of WhatsApp, Drive, and calls. Brands burned hours discovering creators and chasing deliverables across apps, and once a campaign got big, tracking every creator by hand fell apart.
CultureX wanted to scale, but you can’t scale a workflow that lives in DMs.
As the founding product designer, I owned the work from research to shipped MVP.
