CultureX
Founding Product Designer
Context

Campaigns at CultureX ran on a patchwork of WhatsApp, Drive, and calls. Brands burned hours discovering creators and chasing deliverables across apps, and once a campaign got big, tracking every creator by hand fell apart.

CultureX wanted to scale, but you can’t scale a workflow that lives in DMs.

Craft

As the founding product designer, I owned the work from research to shipped MVP.

The bet was one SaaS that consolidated the whole campaign lifecycle. Two surfaces carried it:

  • Global Search, a filterable creator catalogue that collapsed discovery from hours to minutes.
  • A segmented Campaign dashboard that broke each campaign into legible states: status, playground, deliverables, feedback.

To ship in three months, I built VFlux, a design system the devs could build against without reinventing every component.

Impact
  • Discovering creators dropped from 2 hours to 30 minutes.
  • Drafting deliverables fell from 4 hours to 1.5.
  • Brand review went from roughly 4 to 5 hours to about 2.
  • Reliance on outside apps dropped about 40% as the workflow centralized.
